- For all FIBRE packages are eligible for this promotion, including UNIFI, MAXIS, CELCOM, DIGI, TIMES, ASTRO & BROADBAND.
2. Where is the RM20 go? Will it be deduct in the monthly bill?
- Our rebate RM20 won’t be sprightly deduct in your monthly bill, but we will credit into your particular fibre account.
3. How can customer check their RM20 have successfully credit in or not?
- You can download the particular fibre App or check your SMS. It will be stated the amount when we have successfully credit in RM20 to you.
4. So how much should customer pay for the monthly bill?
- Customer should use the particular fibre app to check how much the credit (aka amount of money) is and then minus the total amount should be paid that stated in the official monthly bill statement. Then, customer have to pay the remaining amount.
5. When do customer receive the RM20?
- We are having two session to credit in RM20 to our customer. Which is:
1. Installed on 1st-15th will be receive the rebate RM20 on the next following month 16th 2. Installed on 16th-31st will be receive the rebate RM20 on the next following month 30th /31st.
6. What do referrer rebate RM10 mean?
- We are having an extra promotion, which is when our customer (who have successfully sign up and install by IWIFI) introduce a person to sign up fibre packages with us, we will rebate an extra RM10 to the particular customer.
- Therefore, if customer introduce more people to sign up and install fibre packages with us, we will rebate more RM10 to the particular introducer. For example: customer introduce 4 people to sign up with us, after the installation is successfully done, then the introducer get RM40 extra rebate from us, which is (RM20 + RM40 = RM60 rebate per month).
