Job Requirements

• At least SPM or Diploma.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant of working experience.
• Free graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to email/live chat timely, handle customer inquiries over email, whatsapp and social media.
• To provide professional customer service and attend to all enquiries efficiently.
• Process orders and update worksheets.
• Assists with client request and issue as needed.
